Borough recycling, which was cancelled on Monday due to snow, has been rescheduled for Friday, March 6.
The public will have another opportunity to comment on Sustainable Princetons draft community plan (see www.princetontwp.org/Sustainable-Princeton-Draft2-5.pdf) on Wednesday, March 11, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Suzanne Patterson Center. Over 125 residents attended the first meeting on October 7.
The Princeton University cycling team will hold a race in downtown Princeton on Saturday, March 7. The 0.7-mile course will run along Prospect Street, and will finish on Western Way. Among the local favorites are Nicholas Frey, U23 national champion and former winner of the Eastern Collegiate Cycling Conference (ECCC) overall jersey, and Nicholas Bennette, former winner of the ECCC overall and sprint jersey.
The collegiate races start at 11:45 a.m., and the premier womens and mens races of the day will take place at 3:40 p.m. and 4:20 p.m. Parking is available in the Princeton stadium parking lot.
