Town Talk

A forum for Princeton residents to express opinions about local and national issues

Question of the Week:

“What was the best vacation you ever took?”

India: “India for my first time with my family. I had only been to Europe and Canada before. There was so much to see in India; it was an adventure and a vacation.”

Julia: “Germany was my best vacation because I had just studied the culture of Germany in school and to then go to the Berlin Wall and Dresden made it so much more enriching since I understood the history.”

“Palm Beach, Florida, where my family lives and the beaches are minutes away. I am heading there in August.”

— Bill Benjamin, Princeton

Nic: “Cancun, Mexico — margaritas on the beach, the sun, everything!”

Ana: “Santorini, Greece. It was very warm and the sunsets were absolutely amazing.”

— Nic Cecan and Ana Shurko, Princeton

“My best vacation was Hawaii; it has the greatest beaches!”

— Sonal Modi, Hoboken

“Key West, Florida, because the weather was really nice, the drive was beautiful, the food was really good (and that is important) and the kids had a blast! We went kayaking in the mangroves, which was really cool.”

— Jyoti (left to right) Guatum, Neev
and Rahul Agarwal, Hillsborough

“I went to China with my family; it was really awesome. We went to Hong Kong and Shanghai which were very impressive and luxurious, and we went on some special tours.”

— Matt Ullmann, Princeton
