To the Editor:
A giant thank you to the Princeton Festival and the Princeton Symphony Orchestra for giving Princeton a truly wonderful experience to enjoy in our community. At a time when the talk of the town is centered on affordable housing, bike lanes, auxiliary dwelling units, land use, taxes, etc., along comes the Princeton Festival with performances that actually enhance our community.
From opera to the Bacon brothers, artistic and cultural opportunities, venues around town, we had the opportunity to be entertained and participate. Marc Uys, the executive director of the festival, brought the community together for several weeks of fun and culture and helped promote our town as a unique and special place to live.
None of it happens without a great deal of work and we are lucky we have such wonderful organizations in our community.
