Hopewell Valley Stage Launches Programming

Following the successful reopening of the historic theater at South Greenwood Avenue, Hopewell Valley Stage has announced the theater’s first full month of artistic programming in June. Featured are live music, theater, and family-friendly events, reflecting Hopewell Valley Stage’s mission to make high-quality performing arts accessible to everyone in the Hopewell Valley.

“Our first full month of programming is an exciting milestone for the Stage and for our whole community” said Maeli Goren-Wilson, theater manager. “We’re excited to really make the most of this space and to expand our offerings. It’s an ambitious lineup, but we know how eager Hopewell Valley is to experience more art together.”

The June schedule highlights both emerging and established artists across genres, including tribute rock, jazz, musical theater, and more. From nationally recognized musicians and new theatrical works to interactive performances for children and families, the lineup features new events every weekend in June.

“Come check us out in June before we take a break in July to make more improvements to the theater,” said Goren-Wilson. “It’s the best way to kick off the summer.”

June events include Guns N’Hoses rock band on June 5; “Back on Broad: A Family Friendly Revue” on June 7; Gia Ware and The Warehouse Collective: Metamorphosis jazz on June 12; sp(inner)ace Album Release Party, featuring Allison Spann’s ALL. IS. ON contemporary classical music on June 13; the new musical The Crossing on June 20; Small Bites: An Acoustic Tasting Menu (live music) on June 26; Aesop Romp! The HVStage Kids’ Show on June 27 (for families)’ and I Get Wild plays Talking Heads on June 27.
