The Present Day Club, 72 Stockton Street, presents “Docents on the Wall” through June 21.

A Meet the Artists reception is on Friday, May 15 from 5 to 7 p.m.

By day they talk about great masters, ancient cultures, and avant-garde contemporary art at the Princeton University Art Museum. At night, in their personal studio spaces, they create their own paintings, textiles, and ceramics.

For the first time, the talented members of the Princeton University Art Museum’s Docent are exhibiting in the ballroom of the Present Day Club.

The diverse body of work is collectively vibrant and imaginative and reflects the unique creative journeys and personal experiences of each of the artists.

The participating artists include Laura Berlik, Hetty Baiz, Dee Gozonsky Judy Langille, Denise McDaniel, Elisabeth Quatrano, Ellen Rogers, Connie Shaffer, and Adria Sherman.

Public viewings are on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., or call Skye Meau at (609) 924-1014 to make an appointment.
