To the Editor:
I write in very strong support of David Cohen for Princeton Council at the PCDO endorsement meeting on March 15 and in the Democratic Party primary election on June 2.
David is a persuasive, calm, extremely insightful and accurate voice for those who care about the future of Princeton. He understands the needs of small independent businesses as well as our urgent need to work together with the University to plan for a community that can remain inclusive and less car-centric.
As we embark this year on an historic overhaul of Princeton’s zoning ordinances, he stands with those who agree that the Princeton Zoning Code should provide for increased density, mixed use, open space, economical construction, public transit, decreased parking requirements, public-private off-street shared parking, and more variety and choice of housing, affordable to low, moderate, middle income families and individuals.
