Sharing Praise for Chamber Concert Fundraiser to Fight Food Insecurity

To the Editor:

You missed it! It was right there in the Town Topics [“Einstein’s Theory of Relativity Inspires a Chamber Music Piece,” January 28, page 5]. The night of Music to Fight Hunger was at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Princeton (UUCP) on Saturday evening.

Though it was well attended, there was a seat for you and it was live streamed at musicforfood.net. The program was excellent. The Mozart Sonata for violin and piano K378, a favorite of Einstein, inspired Adolphe’s Einstein’s Light. For us, the Schumann Piano Quartet opus 47 was equal to anything we have heard at any hall or price. Violinist and Princeton University Professor Anna Lim brought these superb musicians to Princeton to play a benefit the Arm In Arm food pantry of Mercer County. We thank her, Hannah Burnett, Joshua Halpern, Marija Stroke, Bruce Adolphe, and the UUCP for a wonderful evening.

We hope there will be another concert arranged by Ms. Lim. The price will again be a donation to arminarm.org. Come out and support your food insecure neighbors and enjoy another spectacular concert. Do not miss it!
