Princeton Makes to Host Art Making Open House

ART MAKING OPEN HOUSE: Piroska Toth will be among the artists at an open house on Sunday, November 30 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Princeton Makes in the Princeton Shopping Center.

Princeton Makes, a Princeton-based artist cooperative, will host an Art Making Open House on Sunday, November 30 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the new Princeton Makes store in the Princeton Shopping Center. The new store is located between Princeton Nassau Pediatrics and Rita’s Italian Ice.

Princeton Makes artists will lead a variety of artistic activities, including greeting card-making, ornament decoration, mini yarn hat making, and more. The activities are designed to be enjoyed by both children and adults. Princeton Makes artists will also be working in their studios so attendees can interact with them and learn more about their work.

Refreshments will be served, along with large helpings of artistic inspiration and holiday cheer. This event is free and open to the public.

Princeton Makes is a cooperative comprised of 37 local artists who work across a range of artistic genres, including painting, drawing, stained glass, sculpture, textiles, and jewelry. Customers will be able to support local artists by shopping for a wide variety of art, including large paintings, prints, custom-made greeting cards, stained glass lamps and window hangings, jewelry in a variety of designs and patterns, and more.
