PHS Boys/Girls Cross Country Track and Field Teams Have Successful 5K Race Fundraiser

To the Editor:

The Princeton High School Boys/Girls Cross Country Track and Field teams thanks the community for its support of the 4th annual Princeton 5K Race, held Sunday May 4.

Special thanks goes to our generous sponsors: Johnson & Johnson, Princeton Running Company, SES, Dr. David E. Fiero, Cafe 44, Ivyrehab Physical Therapy, New Balance, Ershow Chiropractic Center, Small World Coffee, Lucy Ravioli’s, Drs Russo & Nicozisis, The Princeton Symphony Orchestra, the Whaley, Donahue, Chen, O’Connell, Mialhe, Towers, Rist Families, Wegman’s, Bai Beverages, Trader Joe’s, Bagel Barn and to all the individuals who supported the race with their volunteer time and additional donations.

The race could not have been a success without the support from the Princeton Police Department, Department of Public Works, Princeton Fire Police, Princeton First Aid Squad, and the Princeton School district. We also appreciate the residents who cheered while we ran past their homes on this fast and friendly neighborhood course.

The race was a successful fundraiser for the team and on behalf of the athletes we say Thank You!
