Key players in the N.J. food system, including farmers, food establishments, professors, researchers, and consumers will gather for a discussion at Infini-T Café and Spice Souk on Wednesday, November 30, at 6:30 p.m. The conversation will cover topics of local agriculture and food distribution and will raise questions pertaining to food safety and health, expense and efficiency, and feasibility. The possibility of forming a cooperative involving local farmers and Princeton food establishments will also be considered. Local producers and merchants are encouraged to participate in this event.

Three Princeton seniors — Elizabeth Butterworth, Miriam Rosenbaum, and Astrid Stuth — and one Class of 2011 graduate, Mohit Agrawal, have been awarded Rhodes Scholarships for graduate study at the University of Oxford. They are among the 32 American recipients of the prestigious fellowships, which fund two to three years of graduate study at Oxford. Princeton’s four winners, three of whom are women, represent the most at the University in any one year since 1990.
