BRING YOUR OWN BAG! Princeton Day School senior Ariel Multak (left) and Good Food Naturally proprietor Katy Kinsolving were all smiles as they staffed the BYOBag table at last week’s Farmer’s Market. BYOBag will have its official launch on Thursday, June 9, at Hinds Plaza. Ms. Multak, who is doing her senior thesis on community organizing, has participated in the Sustainable Princeton effort that is encouraging everyone to bring their own cloth or recyclable bags when they go shopping.

Sustainable Princeton’s “BYOBag” campaign will have its official kick-off on Thursday, June 9, on Hinds Plaza, right outside the Princeton Public Library. Organizers are hoping that the movement’s motto, “change a habit and change the world” will encourage area residents to get into the habit of bringing their own cloth or recyclable bags with them when they’re out doing errands.
